Women have something like 5 times the nerve endings as men do "down there." So more pressure, more motion, etc., really isn't more. It's just distracting and/or painful.
As a woman, an almost woman, the best thing I can say is, don't just start going at it! It is uncomfortable and it helps if you set the mood first.
